The past winter, Kiser’s squad finished 19-9 and earned the Tri-County Conference Royal Division crown in Washington Township’s debut season in the conference. His 2016 team went 25-4, winning the Olympic Conference championship and advancing to the South Jersey Group IV semifinals. Kiser led the Minutemen to two of the program’s most successful seasons during his tenure. “I have loved every part of my 19 years coaching basketball at WTHS.” “While this was an extremely difficult decision for me to make, it is in my best interest and the best interest of my family,” Kiser said. Kiser has been on the Minutemen sideline for the past 19 years, serving six years as an assistant coach under Bob Byatt before taking over the head coaching reins the past 13 seasons.
